Please follow this script to record a short video (cell phone camera is great). 

1. Introduce yourself: name, location, how you are connected to El Camino

2. Do you have any on-camera experience (okay if you don't)

3. We are looking to cast talent as both patients and care providers. Please indicate if you have a preference for either. And then, accordingly, choose one of the following to answer on camera:

If applying as a patient:

— What sights, sounds, or memories make you feel anxious?

— Describe what your face/body does when you’re anxious/nervous about something.

— What sights and sounds relax you?

— Describe what your face/body does when you’re relaxed about something. 

If applying as a care provider:
— Who is the quiet hero in the hospital? Someone patients never forget?

— What’s a small ritual you do to make patients feel safe and cared for?

— What’s something simple you do - or have noticed others do - that always puts people at ease?

— Give an example where you saw a coworker go above and beyond. Name them to make it specific.
