Since 2014, Kelsey has managed productions in a wide range of verticals, sizes, and scope, from intimate 2-person teams in the Alaskan backcountry to 75+ person crews with high-profile talent and stakeholders spanning multiple months of pre-production, filming, and post.
She wears many hats, but her favorite by a mile is hiring best-in-class collaborators that share our core values, and equipping her teammates with the support and tools to reach for the best of themselves and their essential piece of the production puzzle. Everything that makes it into our orbit earns her respect rider, meaning every person on a zoom meeting or call sheet will be treated with the same dignity and courtesy as our above-the-line creative leads.
